Why bother?

You're doing a National Diploma course in computing and this unit is all about using software applications. Well, I reckon that as well as covering the Microsoft stuff like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access etc., we ought to get ourselves as up-to-date as possible and web logs are fast becoming one of the major ways in which people are recording their progress with things or keeping friends and colleagues informed.
